    Description

    RARE PAIR OF JAPANESE OKINAWA RYUKYU SHISA LION DOGS GARGOYLES CERAMIC TURQUOISE BLUE AND BLACK.
    These beauties were obtained through an inherited estate.
    *I am not a collector of these items. I researched these online and also received information from someone with knowledge about Asian items and collectibles.
    They are so nice! They do have a few flaws though, such as fading here and there, due to age and I found a tiny chip on one, around the neck area (see photo). I also see a short hairline crack on the very bottom of one, but minor. I noticed blue paint “drips” obviously made by maker. It is possible that I missed something PLEASE SEE PHOTOS!! Bring photos in close so you can see anything that I may have missed. Ask for more if needed! These are old, have wear and they are USED, but overall the condition is great!! AND they are pretty adorable :)
    They measure approximately 9” tall (one is a little bit shorter). One is widest at 7.5” and the other at 8”
