    1993 Atlas I AC-71 Failure Review Board Final Report RL-10 -- TK Mattingly
    From the estate of a 33-year NASA employee who worked the Apollo, Skylab, ASTP, and Shuttle programs.
    You get an extremely rare ATLAS/CENTAUR I Rocket Failure Review Final Report for the AC-71 mission that launched from CCAFS on 22 August 1992. The payload was a Galaxy 1R satellite.
    The report covers the summary of AC-71 findings, the oversight board, investigation process, corrective action and other recommendations. It was signed by all members of the board, including Apollo 16, STS-4 astronaut T.K. Mattingly.
    Report is comb bound and is about 50 pages in length.
    Overall the AC-71 Final report document is in very nice condition, but zoom photos to judge for yourself.
