1970 Kiwanis International Operation Drug Alert 1 ½ inch Lithographed Pin
This is a 1 ½ inch lithographed pin issued in 1970 when Kiwanis International felt that it could best combat drug abuse through an education program, operated by Kiwanis, or by a community action committee of which Kiwanis was a part. The program would furnish information about drug use and abuse, with emphasis on reaching teenagers. This pin was issued for that program. It has the Kiwanis International symbol center with the word “Operation” at top and “Drug Alert” at the bottom. Pin is in very good condition. Postage will be paid by purchaser
