This listing is for a new handmade 18" girl doll Christmas Holiday plaid flannel pajamas.   The top opens fully in the front and closes with velcro under the buttons for easy doll dressing, the buttons are just for decoration.  The pajama bottoms have encased waistline elastic.  Fabric is 100% cotton flannel.  This outfit will fit the 18" American Girl doll and may fit similar build 18" dolls.  My doll, socks and shoes are NOT included.
